Portuguese band prehistoricos, a group dedicated to fusion jazz, is September's guest. With César Correia (bass), André Gomes (piano and keyboards), Pedro Rodrigues (drums), Ruben Garção Silva (saxophone), and Carlos Pires (guitar), the group emerged in 2021, taking on rock and symphonic rock influences amd inspired by projects such as Snarky Puppy, Dave Weckl and The Rippingtons. The band released their debut EP 7488 in October 2022 and earlier this year released a new single, Dunga, the first sample from their new album, Bairro Novo.
